ABOUT

My name is Randy Ford, I worked for the Art Production Company, Chrishawn Associates for 14 years; working my way up the ranks from part-time in paper-making to silk screening, mounting, art assistant and finally Asst. Art Director.

After leaving for health reasons, I began spending my days tinkering around more and more on the computer. Although I have no formal training in web design, like most people back in the early days of the Internet, I started building basic websites on GeoCities. When asked to build a site for a local company, I expanded my knowledge reading about new practices from the World Wide Web Consortium. Learning as I went from basic HTML with tables, to pure CSS, on to HTML5, CSS3, Responsive and beyond.

What Else Have I Done?

I guess I have two claims-to-fame online as of now. The first is my “Numa Numa is Everywhere” video that I made after I saw the original Numa Numa Dance by Gary Brolsma and realized that it truly was everywhere!
Originally uploaded to Newgrounds on 3/15/05 (but they have since removed it) you can watch it here on YouTube which was uploaded on 11/06/05.

My second claim to fame is another video, “New Numa Artistic Effects” that won $10,000 in a contest on YouTube! See it here
